Only last month Xiaomi introduced a new version of the MIUI 11 shell based on Android 10 and immediately began distributing it for its smartphones. Now the new firmware has become available for 15 models of Xiaomi and Redmi smartphones.

While the update is distributed only in China however in the near future it will become available in Europe.

An upgrade to MIUI 11 based on Android 10 was released for the following models:

  • Mi Note 3
  • Redmi Note S2
  • Redmi Note 5A Standard Edition
  • Redmi Note 5A High Edition and Redmi 7A.

Note that earlier this update was installed by the owners of Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro 5G Mi 9 SE Mi Mix 3 Mix 2s Mi 8 Youth Edition Mi 8 Explorer Edition Mi 9 Explorer Edition Mi 8 SE Mi Max 3 Redmi K20 Redmi Note 7 Pro and Redmi 7.

For smartphones MIUI 11 will bring a redesigned interface a dark theme for the entire system modified application icons a dynamic font Mi Lan Pro an improved Always On Display function new themes wallpapers and a notification system.
