How to pair Haylou X1 / X1 Pro headphones with mobile?
Step 1: Go to your phone’s settings and turn on Bluetooth.
Step 2: Open the charging case (don’t remove the earbuds from inside).
Step 3: In the Bluetooth “Available Devices” section, tap “Haylou X1” and confirm “Pair”.
Note: that the headphones are now properly connected and the battery level status can be checked below.
How to control Haylou X1/X1 Pro headphones
- Answer call: Tap 1 time on any headset.
- End call: During a call, tap 1 time on any headset.
- Listen to the previous or next song: Double-tap the left earphone (previous song) or right earphone (next song).
- Play or pause: Tap 1 time on any headset.
- Switch to ANC mode: Press and hold the right earphone button for 4 seconds.
- Activate low latency mode: Triple tap the right earbud.
- Activate voice assistant: In standby mode, triple tap the left earbud.
- Activate low latency mode: In standby mode, triple tap the right earbud.
Other resources:
- Disconnect the headphones from the cell phone: just place them inside the charging case and close the lid.
- Switch to Stereo Mode: Remove both earphones from the case to automatically enter stereo mode.
- Switch to Mono Mode: Put only one of the earbuds in the case to enter mono mode, or remove it again to return to stereo mode.
How to reset Haylou X1/X1 Pro headphones?
The One-key reset feature allows you to reset the headphones with just one button press.
Haylou X1:
- Go to the mobile phone’s Bluetooth setting.
- In the connected/paired devices section, tap the name and select “Forget/Disconnect.
- Place the earphones in the case and press and hold both buttons at the same time for approximately 10 seconds.
- When the headphone lights alternately flash red and white, the reset is complete.
Haylou X1 Pro :
- Go to the mobile phone’s Bluetooth setting.
- In the connected/paired devices section, tap the name of the headphones and select “Forget/Disconnect.
- Put the earphones inside the charging case and press and hold for a few seconds the side button of the charging case.

How long is the battery life of Haylou X1 or X12 Pro
