It was only a week ago when, thanks to the Mi Pilot program, the new top of the range Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro started receiving the MIUI 12. Clearly it was not an update that everyone was able to enjoy: as is obvious only those who joined the Mi Pilot program could take advantage of it. But a week has passed and in record time here comes the MIUI 12 Global Stable.
You can find it at the end of the article available for download ( recovery ). We don’t know when other devices will receive the update, so there’s no point in asking.
The top of the range Xiaomi Mi 10 finally receives the MIUI 12 in the Global Stable version
In the past few hours the two flagships that have been able to steal a good slice of the market from Chinese and non-Chinese competitors, have finally started to see the stable and global version of the new MIUI 12 update. We know that some devices like Mi 9T will not be able to enjoy some special features such as Super Wallpapers, but this is not the case. In fact, as the latest models, the two sister devices have full support for all the features.
Super Wallpapers are not the only important news of the new release released a few months ago. Fundamental improvements have been brought to the photographic department, with the addition of filters for example, to stability in general and to a fluidity that has never been achieved by the other versions of MIUI.
This is also thanks to the dynamic animations and new transition effects. In addition, the control center (this is the name) has been redesigned in an “Apple” key: the clouds are larger and less square.
As far as we know in the future, thanks to MIUI 12.1, many other goodies should arrive that will make these two devices, but not only, real beasts. Below we leave you the link to the download for recovery. We remind you that to install it you need to unlock the bootloader and the ROM flash.
