Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite Starts Receiving Android 10 Update
Xiaomi launched the Redmi 6 Pro in the first half of 2018, and later the phone was relaunched as Mi A2 Lite with Stock Android Oreo. In early 2019, all units were still on Android Pie, and now they can finally be upgraded to Android 10 – the OTA version is already reaching some phones.
The update information was confirmed by the moderators and the Mi A2 Lite management team on the MIUI forum. The package designation is V11.0.2.0.QDLMIXM and selected devices are arriving that precede a wider distribution if no major problems are reported.
The update features Dark Mode, new gesture gestures and all the other features that Google introduced in the latest Android 10 operating system. Xiaomi devices in the Android One program have some native Mi applications, but the Mi A2 Lite will replace the application Radio FM by a similar application, developed by Qualcomm.
