1. Take Itel A21 Firmware Backup
Before going to install “ Itel A21 Frp File” you need to take all your messages, photos, and apps from your current smartphone. This requires a backup that you then restore on your device after flashing firmware.
How To Backup Android Phone Before Flashing Stock Firmware
Download Itel A21 Flash Tool And Drivers:
A. Download and install Itel A21 USB Drivers. The basic communication between your device and PC.

Instructions to Bypass FRP On Itel A21 With Frp File:
1: Download and Install Spreadtrum Drivers from the above-given link.
2: Now Download and setup Install the SPD Download Tool.
3: Open the Research download tool > bin folder.
4: Launch Research Download.exe.
5: Click on the Load Packet icon (top left corner).
6: In the window that pops up, navigate to the location of the Itel A21 Frp File, select it then click Open.
7: The Itel A21 Frp bypass file should now be loaded (its name should appear at the top).
8: Click the Settings Icon (top left corner).
9: In the box that pops up, untick any item(s) you do not wish to flash then click OK.
10: Next Click the Start downloading button.
11: You should see Waiting under the Progress bar.
12: Switch off the Itel A21 phone (still with battery inside) then connect it to the PC
(note that you might need to hold the volume decrease button while connecting to PC on some phones) and flashing should begin. DO NOT interrupt.
13: Once the FRP bypass is complete, you’ll see Passed.
14: Click on the Stop downloading icon then disconnect the phone from PC and boot.
Done! Now you just have to do a factory reset through the recovery of your Itel A21. You will no longer be asked to enter a Google account to unlock your smartphone and you will have completely removed the Itel A21 FRP
