How to reconnect the PS5 DualSense controller to the console

  • Connect the controller with a cable USB-C;
  • Press the PS button to turn on the DualSense controller;

  • Once charging is done, unplug the USB-C cable.

The controller should now stay wirelessly connected to your PS5 with no problems. If it won’t stay connected once the USB-C cable is disconnected, you’ll need to reset the controller.
