The South Korean company LG has officially introduced a new device, LG Gx , which comes as a high-end smartphone as a compendium of many of the features of LG Optimus Pro G and G2 Lg . No this is a new flagship but we are a very capable terminal we leave already hinted last Friday .
This new model screen mounts a 5.5 inch and under the same keys (two capacitive and physical) and also uses a chip Snapdragon 600 .
LG Gx, specifications and design
Today it sounds weird that a brand launch a terminal of its kind that do not use the star Qualcomm processor, 800 Snapdragon family. LG Gx comes to the market as a high-end terminal but not wanting to steal market LG G2 , so that is relegated to certain carcterísticas to the background.
This device provides a typical range-topping caraacterísticas as, for example, a 1080p panel screen with IPS 5.5-inch or 13-Megapixel rear camera attached to a 2 Mpx front, 32GB of internal memory, 2GB of RAM and a battery of 3,140 mAh. However, the processor puts him in second line of fire, 600 Snapdragon , Krait quad-core 300 to 1.7 GHz with the GPU Adreno 320. By using Snapdragon 600 provides connectivity LTE native team.
Another change that LG has made against its latest generation of devices has been to resume the use of physical buttons under the screen, in fact the Home button is physical and the other two are capacitive.
The terminal has a thickness of 9.2 mm, measures 150.6 × 76.1 × 9.2 mm and weight 167 grams, which is quite thin to be a terminal with so much battery capacity. As for software, LG has integrated Android Jelly Bean along with their custom interface, including applications themselves as Smart Day (weather), Q Remote (control media playback by connecting a headset), among others.
Availability and Prices
Considering recently launched LG LG G2 , Nexus 5 does not therefore G LG Optimus Pro, this terminal comes to fill the small void between G2 LG and LG Optimus Pro , being a somewhat risky bet is watching the market and knowing that both terminals with Nexus 5, LG has covered the needs of the most demanding users.
At the moment there are no details on pricing, nor on whether it will beyond Korean borders.
