Have installed the USB drivers (Go Here ).
Download and unzip the file: EFS_Pro_1.12.6_Release.zip
Install the busy box: here

For backup follow the instructions :
- Put your phone in USB debug mode (Menu, Settings, development options)

- Launch EFS-pro
