Among the popular MOBA games from Riot Games, League of Legends has already released its new patch, 13.21, which will be available on October 24, 2023. The patch contains changes to champions, cafeteria cutie skins, a new rotation of the mythical store, and other changes that make it an important update. Below, we will provide you with a brief overview of the update.
The following are all the changes that have taken place in version 13.21 of League of Legends. These changes affect all the Champions in the game:
Aurelion Sol: Q damage reduced.
Bel’Veth: E cooldown reduced.
Brand: Increases attack speed at level 1, attack speed growth, base armour, and life growth. Armour growth and base health decrease. Increases passive damage against monsters. E damage reduced.
Briar: Attack speed growth reduced. Increases passive healing if the target dies while bleeding. W damage reduced.
Caitlyn: Headshot damage increases with critical hit chance. Increases cooldown and bonus damage based on R’s critical hit chance. Decreases R damage.
Dr Mundo: E’s bonus attack damage was reduced.
Hecarim: Increases AD growth. Increases W duration.
Jinx: Passive stacks have been adjusted.
K’Sante: All skills except E have been adjusted. Multiple bugs have been fixed.
LeBlanc: Increases W damage. Increases damage upon completion of E bond.
Master Yi: E cooldown reduced.
Morgana: Increases damage against monsters and W damage.
Rammus: Q damage reduced. W armor decreased.
Seraphine: Increases initial mana regeneration. The health that granted stamina has been replaced with armour. They increase the base values of skills and decrease their AP ratios. Cooldowns are reduced.
