How To – Cubot Note Plus MT6737T TWRP 3.2.1
Readme Once: Take a Backup: If you are going to flash the Twrp on your Cubot Note Plus MT6737T device, then take a backup of important data such as Contacts, Call logs, SMS, and other data as because your personal data will be deleted after flashing the stock firmware.
1- Backup your Call Log – Contacts – Sms – Etc With G Backup
2- Backup your current Firmware With MTK Droid Tool
3- Backup your backup IMEI NVRAM
How To Install Twrp Custom Recovery On Cubot Note Plus MT6737T:
Step 1. Make sure you installed the following Firmware.
Cubot Note Plus MT6737T Flash Files
Download the latest version of SuperSU and BusyBox.
Copy SuperSU.zip and BusyBox.zip and paste SuperSU.zip and BusyBox.zip onto microSD.
Download TWRP For Cubot Note Plus MT6737T.
Step 2. Download And Install the ADB drivers
Unrar the rar. Run “adb-setup.exe”. Hit “Y” 3 Times.
On your phone Tap on Settings –> About phone –> Tap Build number 7 times.
Developer options –> OEM unlocking enabled and USB debugging enabled.
Step 3. How To Unlock Bootloader Cubot Note Plus MT6737T
Plug your phone to PC via USB cable.
Allow the pop-up request on your phone to give your PC USB debugging.
Open CMD (command prompt).
Type the command :
adb reboot bootloader (and press enter)
Now type the next command :
fastboot oem unlock (and press enter)
Reboot in normal mode
Be patient, when you unlock the bootloader, the phone reset to the factory!
Now tap 7 times on Build number.
Then Developer options, and re-enable USB debugging.
Step 4. TO FLASH THE TWRP 3.2.1
Copy the TWRP (recovery.img) into the folder c:\adb\
Connect your phone to the PC via USB cable.
Open CMD (command prompt) in the c:\adb\ folder
To open CMD hold the shift key and right click, then select “Open Command Window Here”.
Now type the next command :
adb reboot bootloader (and press enter)
16) Now type the next command :
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img (and press enter)
Step 5. IMPORTANT :
After that, the flash process is finished LONG PRESS ONTO POWER BUTTON until the phone is turned off
Hold simultaneously volume up+power buttons
Select the first line with volume up button
Hold volume down button to confirm
Onto TWRP, swipe to allow modification.
Change the default language from Russian to your language.
Return to the main menù of TWRP.
Tap Install. Tap on Select Storage. Tap Micro SDCard. Tap OK.
Tap on SuperSU zip
Swipe to confirm Flash.
