Once the headphones are connected to the device, you can use Alexa’s voice commands to make calls, play audiobooks, control music, and get information.

Amazon’s latest wireless headphones are called the Echo Buds 2. Due to the use of Bose Active Noise Reduction (ANC) technology, it has immersive sound and noise reduction. Additionally, it works with Google Assistant and Siri.

How do I connect my Echo Buds 2 headphones to my phone?

Step 1: Check to see if Bluetooth and phone location are both turned on first.

Step 3: Open the charging case, but leave the earbuds inside. The charging case light will begin to flash blue. This indicates that the headphones have already entered pairing mode and are waiting for a connection.

If they do not enter pairing mode automatically, press and hold the charging box button for 3 or 4 seconds.

Step 4: Wait for the pop-up notification to appear after opening the Amazon Alexa app on your phone. Tap “Continue” on the notification.

  4. To do this, press and hold the button located at the bottom of the charging box for 3 seconds. Confirm that the light is now flashing blue.
  5. Now place the headphones in your ear. Position them where you feel comfortable.
  6. Now open the Amazon Alexa app, tap on “Devices”, and tap on the (+) sign located at the top of the screen.
  7. Select the “Add Device” option, tap “Amazon Echo” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
How to reset Echo Buds 2 headphones?

If you are having any problems with the audio or headphone connection, try a factory reset. Follow the step-by-step below:

  1. Open the Alexa app on your phone
  2. Then tap on “Devices” and select “Echo Buds 2.
  3. On the next screen, tap on the “Forget Device” option.
  4. Once that’s done, go to the cell phone’s Bluetooth settings and unpair the headphones.
  5. Now put the headphones in the case, close the lid and then press and hold the back button for 15 seconds.
  6. When the case light turns orange, the factory reset is complete.
