Xperia Z3 Stock Rom Android 5.1.1With TWRP Recovery

  • The update is available and is compatible with Sony Xperia Z3 D6603, D6633, and D6653.
  • You need a custom recovery as TWRP with Lock Bootloader.

How to Install Xperia Z3 stock ROM with TWRP Recovery

Flashable ROM zip file to download to your Xperia Z3 from the link above.

Now transfer the ROM file inside your phone. Put it where you can easily find it possible.

Now reboot into Recovery customization (as TWRP). To boot into TWRP, press and hold the volume down and power button simultaneously.

You should perform a Nandroid backup. To back up your ROM again, tap on Options and select Backup in TWRP following elements:

System, Data, Boot, Recovery, EFS then swipe to the right and then select the appropriate place to put a backup.

After performing the backup ROM, return to the main menu and tap TWRP Wipe and select the Advanced button Wipe.

Then choose Dalvik Cache, System, Data and Cache. Now swipe to the right to confirm and perform.

Return to the main menu again and tap TWRP Install. Navigate to the ROM file you saved earlier and select it.

Swipe the confirm button to proceed with the installation.

After a successful installation, reboot your phone.

When you see the boot logo of Sony, which means that you have installed it successfully. If you encounter any system failure, you can restore your previous ROM from Nandroid backups.
