The company also continues to teaser firmware improvements. Here are just a few of them:

  • New user interface with a dark theme, adapted for frameless smartphones.
  • New applications Mi Life (activity and menstrual cycle tracking, quick answers) and Mi Work (integrates document manager, to-do lists, and calculator).
  • The calculator can now be used in windowed mode on top of other open applications for more convenient work.
  • Quick answers are also available in the form of a pop-up window: you can answer a message or call without breaking away from the active application.
  • The Themes app has over 100,000 wallpapers available.
  • The Mint keyboard now automatically “translates” the text into the desired language when you transliterate.
  • Constantly active display (with the ability to choose a design) in Redmi K20 / K20 Pro.
