After making its appearance quite shy, Xiaomi has redeployed MIUI 12 for the Xiaomi Mi 9T. A new update for the MIUI Global ROM (It is not the European EEA / EU) and that as we had already announced does not bring with it the attractive Super Wallpapers.
In detail, this new update is about the MIUI V12.0.2.0.QFJMIXM, it occupies a total of 852MB and brings with it not only the latest news of the new version of the Xiaomi customization layer but also the correction of several known errors.
What if, among the novelties of MIUI 12 we do not find a trace of the Super Wallpapers, an aesthetic functionality that, as many of you already know, is only intended for terminals with higher performance.
Not all Xiaomi will support MIUI 12 Super Wallpapers
As with the new floating window system that only some Xiaomi, Redmi, and POCO devices will receive, the new Super Wallpapers follow the same path. If we visit MIUI.com we can see in small print the only devices that will be able to enjoy it:

As we can see, the Xiaomi Mi 9T, although it can support and move the Super Wallpapers with agility as it has already been verified through the Xiaomi EU or the download of third-party apps, does not receive official support from them.
A very poor limitation on the part of Xiaomi, which leaves a terminal of just one year with sufficient performance without one of the most striking novelties, at least visually, of MIUI 12. Hopefully, Download Xiaomi Mi 9T will change shortly, and finally, the Xiaomi Mi 9T, among others, receives this functionality.
