Rooting your cellphone and unlocking its potential is actually one of the best parts of the Android ecosystem, this is one of the reasons why Android is the most tasteful to root compared to other operating systems such as Windows 10 Mobile and iOS.
Of course, this is not for everyone, but for Gamers, Ojek Online, underground android developers and others, the root process is indeed a bit complicated. Not to mention the fact that rooting can potentially harm your device and fiddling with the handset can void the warranty, which results in an unfavorable situation to be able to claim warranty.
Are you bored with rooted phones? default mobile phones are better and safer, even more so can download updates directly via OTA (Over the Air).
With the condition of the rooted cellphone it will be difficult to sell again, because the buyer wants the item to look new and is still safe, there are still guarantees.
The thing is, there are lots of tutorials out there for rooting cellphones, but there aren’t many that show you how to unroot.
Here are some ways to unroot your cellphone:
Unroot using SuperSU
Actually the way to unroot is very easy, and has been prepared by the maker, but unfortunately, many people still do not realize and do not know how.
The process is as simple as just opening the SuperSU application and going to the Settings tab. Scroll down and select “Full Unroot”. Follow the instructions and let the system do its job, once done, simply restart the phone and the cellphone will return to normal.

Unroot using the application
Not using SuperSU? There is little chance of success, namely by utilizing a simple application. The only caveat is that this application does not seem to work properly with every smartphone the results will be different, some are successful and some are failing.
Want to try? please download the application Universal Unroot, this application easily removes root privileges on an Android device. Unfortunately, there are many weaknesses. For starters, a group of Samsung devices will not function, due to complications with KNOX. The LG device isn’t completely gone, but it will still be displayed as root after that, thanks to LG eFuse.

Unroot using the file manager
Root access might seem like a complicated arrangement, but it is actually just a bunch of files on your cellphone. delete the file inside and root will disappear.
To do this, you will need a file manager with root access. One of my favorites is ES File Explorer (just enable root access in settings). How:
- Access your device’s main drive and search for “system”. Select it, then tap “bin”. From there, delete “busybox” and “su”. by the way the folder might not be there. If that is the case, proceed to the next step.
- Return to the system folder and select “xbin”. If the file is there, continue and delete “busybox” and “su”.
- Return to the system folder and select “app”.
- Remove “superuser.apk”.
- Restart the device and everything will be finished.

Unroot by installing OTA update!
Remember we told you that root would update? Now that’s only if you want to update the traditional way, you can still push updates manually. We won’t go into details now, but the trick here is that software updates tend to violate root access. Most users need to root again, but if you don’t want to root, it’s easy to install your next update.
The obvious drawback is that you have to wait for updates to arrive. Oh, and don’t forget to delete SuperSu and all other root-related applications. Keep in mind that this will only work when using stock recovery on your device.
Unroot by installing Stock Firmware (Flashing)
Bringing the phone back to the original firmware is usually the best way to uninstall the phone. There are no ifs or buts here, this will work regardless of your device, ROM, kernel, or recovery. This is because the firmware has all the necessary software that is packaged together.
The only sad part is we can’t give you a tutorial. Mobile phones have a variety of ways to complete firmware installation, so you should do a little research on how to do this on your particular smartphone. Users must download their special firmware file, use USB Debugging and possibly download some PC software.
