Redmi K20 receives MIUI 11 update

Xiaomi started releasing stable MIUI 11 back in November, but it was still based on Android 9. Now, a report from China says that the latest update for the Redmi K20 smartphones actually represents Android 10, serving as the basis for Xiaomi’s user interface.

The package model number is  MIUI V11.0.2.0.QFJCNXM and weighs 2.3 GB. Along with security updates, Android 10 also includes features such as improved location control and privacy settings, Wi-Fi sharing via a QR code and application icons.

These features are combined with the redesign of the MIUI 11 and the system-wide Dark Mode. The Redmi K20 is currently receiving a package in China, but as soon as the Chinese company completes the adaptation of Google services, it should also begin shipping to global units.
Do not forget that if you turned off automatic updating, you must manually check whether the package arrived.
