Polis M430 Multisport GPS Watch
The Polar M430 unisex GPS multisport watch is specific for those who participate in outdoor and indoor sports activities. An interesting feature is the heart rate detected directly from the wrist with an optical reading system with 6 LEDs. The clock detects gait, speed, distance, route, and altitude via integrated GPS. Set the energy-saving GPS mode to increase the autonomy for up to 30 hours.
Other functions are vibration alerts; manual and automatic lap; detects the pace of travel, speed and distance even indoors using the integrated accelerometer. Moreover, specifically for the activity of tracker, it measures steps, distance traveled, calories consumed and analyzes the quality of sleep.
The Polar watch records the sports activity you can transfer to the PC by connecting it with the cable supplied. The Polar Flow program downloadable on PC allows you to see everything you need about your sports activity: averages, heart rate, route map and many other things that I really don’t use.
