How To Pair QCY T18 Earphones:
Step 1: Place the earbuds inside the charging case to power on the earbuds and leave the lid open.
Step 2: Wait a few seconds until they connect and enter pairing mode. The LED on the right earbud will turn blue.

Step 3: Then, access your phone or tablet’s Bluetooth settings. Activate Bluetooth and wait for the headphones to be detected in the “Available Devices” section. Tap “QCY-T18” to start the connection.

Note: On the iPhone or iPad, the notification requesting pairing is not displayed, even so, the connection is established correctly.
How to use QCY T18 headphones?

Default Ringtones:
- Power on earbuds: open the case lid or press and hold both earbuds for 1.5s.
- Turn off headphones: put the headphones into the case and close the lid or press and hold the 2 headphones for 1.5s.
- Answer/end call: 2 taps on left/right earphones.
- Reject call: press and hold right/left earbud for 1.5s.
- Play/pause: 1 tap left/right earphone.
- Play the previous song: 2 quick taps on the left earbud.
- Play the next song: 2 quick taps on the right earbud.
- Enable/disable low latency (game mode): 3 quick taps on the right earbud.
- Call virtual assistant Google or Siri: 3 quick taps on the left earbud.

How to install and use the QCY App?
If you want to get the most out of your T18 headphones, you need to use the QCY App from your smartphone. The application has several functions and additional features for headphones, including the ability to customize the equalizer for better sound quality. Check out the instructions below:
First, make sure your phone/tablet’s Location and Bluetooth are turned on. Soon after, open the Play Store app and search for QCY or use these links to install on Android or iOS.
After the installation is complete, open it and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy. If you don’t have an account yet, enter your email address to receive the verification code.
Then confirm the code, enter your password, and click the register button. Enter your email and password, check the box to agree to the privacy terms, and click “Login” to connect to your account. After performing the above steps, tap “Authorize” in the open pop-up, allow access from your device’s location, and connect the headphones. By default, the connection is made automatically, if this does not happen, tap on “Add headphones”, select T18, and wait for the process to complete.
QCY App: Status, Sound, and Settings
Headphone status:
By accessing the “Status” tab from the home page of the app, you can check whenever you want to find out how the battery level of the right or left earphones.
Sound and sound effects:
Do you like listening to your favorite songs with a more serious or acute sound? By accessing the “Sound” tab, you can obtain several pre-programmed sound modes.
