These same Kirin processors, from Huawei, can be found in the Huawei and Honor smartphones, continuing to be present in the next high-end smartphone from each manufacturer, the Huawei P50 and Honor 50, respectively.
Honor and Huawei continue to share a lot of their DNA
The Honor 50 is due to be presented next June, however, there are several images pointed to it. Indeed, we see some digital representations (renders) that present us with their probable appearance with emphasis on the cameras.
For 2021 the Chinese manufacturer, operationally independent from Huawei, should opt for this double circle. This will most likely be its most distinctive feature compared to previous generations, the same design that has also been pointed out for the Huawei P50.
More specifically, we have the first circle to be dedicated to a single camera with a new and larger image sensor. The second, lower circle, on the other hand, should house the camera with ultra-wide-angle lens and the telephoto lens for optical zoom or periscopic lenses.
Huawei and Honor may unveil the new flagships in June
Far from being the first time that such a design is suggested for this smartphone, we now have digital images with more detail and realism. We see, therefore, an accumulation of indicators that point to this design with the effective implementation for 2021
In other words, everything indicates that this is effectively the general appearance of Huawei and Honor smartphones for this year. The highlight goes understandably to the cameras and cherishes the rumors and leaks of information to date.
Among these, we highlight the hypothesis of using the first image sensor with an inch of diagonal. It is, it should be noted, a rumor, but it would help to explain the reason for such an aspect (and physical size) for the main camera on the smartphone we see here.
Three cameras and a sensor like never before seen on a smartphone
The images that illustrate this article are digital productions (CAD). They show us the aspect that has been suggested for the Huawei P50 smartphones and the Honor 50. There is, however, no guarantee that this will be its effective aspect.
It should also be noted that Huawei has not confirmed the date of presentation of its next top-of-the-range smartphone. Although in recent years it has been introducing the new elements of the “P” range during the first quarter, this year is lagging behind.
The Chinese manufacturer is struggling with numerous operational problems. Be it, on the one hand, the general shortage of components and semiconductors, or the implementation of its new operating system, HarmonyOS.
These factors have delayed the presentation of your next smartphone and its versions. Note that it is reasonable to have the Huawei P50 and Huawei P50 Pro / Plus. It is very likely, however, that both Honor and Huawei smartphones share their overall design.
In the meantime, we are waiting for news from Huawei itself, which should not be long in announcing the presentation date of the next P50 range.
