Motorola unveiled four new G-series phones (and one E-series phone) for 2023 yesterday. The Moto G13 and Moto G23 are entry-level phones, and the Moto G53 and Moto G73 are mid-range phones. All four phones come with some vibrant built-in wallpapers. We had early access to the Moto G13, Moto G23, and Moto G53 wallpapers. All new wallpapers in high resolution can be downloaded here.

Quick Overview Moto G-series (2023) phones

Motorola introduces new phones powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, while the Moto G53 is a 5G-enabled smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 480+ processor. All three Motorola phones feature a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display. The entry-level duo has a 90Hz refresh rate panel, whereas the Moto G53 has a 120Hz refresh rate panel. In terms of software, the new phones come pre-installed with Android 13. The new G-series entry-level model includes 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, and a microSD card slot.

The Moto G13 and Moto G23 are equipped with a triple-lens camera setup. When it comes to the Moto G23, has a 50MP primary camera, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro camera. The Moto G53, the more expensive model, has a dual-lens camera module with a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP macro camera. On the 5G-enabled Moto G53, there is an 8MP selfie camera. Each of the three phones has a 5,000mAh battery.

Motorola has launched the G53 with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage for €250 (approximately $272). The device will be available in Europe soon, followed by Latin America and Asia. Moto G13 starts at €180 (approximately $195) and Moto G23 starts at €230 (approximately $250).
