The Moto Watch 100 monitors your heart rate 24/7 to help provide you with more detailed information about your health and well-being. It also has a sensor to measure blood oxygen levels while tracking your workouts.
Moto Watch 100 can take SpO2 (oxygen saturation) readings throughout the day and automatically tracks SpO2 while you sleep. To monitor your heart rate or take a SpO2 reading on your watch, follow these steps:
How to monitor heart rate with Moto Watch 100?
To view your heart rate on your watch, follow these steps:
On the smartwatch:
- Tilt your wrist or tap the top physical button to turn on the screen.
- Swipe left or right on the watch face until you reach the heart rate app.
The heart rate app will show your heart rate graph from the last 12 hours as well as your current high and low heart rate.
In the app:
- Touch the top physical button to turn on the screen
- Tap the top physical button again to open the apps list
- Scroll down and tap “heart rate”.
Note: If you don’t see any heart rate data, make sure your Moto Watch 100 band is snug but comfortable. The heart rate sensor is located on the back of the watch and must not be obstructed or covered, avoiding skin contact.

In some cases, tattoos can interfere with the heart rate sensor. If you have problems, try placing the watch where there are no tattoos.
How to measure SpO2 with Moto Watch 100?
To read your blood oxygen level on your watch, follow these steps:
- Tilt your wrist or tap the top physical button to turn on the screen
- Swipe left or right on the watch face until you find the SpO2 app.
- It will tell you to make sure the strap is snug and then it will show the SpO2 icon during the measurement.
- Sit still and still with your arm relaxed for up to 2 minutes while the device takes a reading.
- After a short period, your device will show your SpO2 reading.
Note: The sensor is located on the back of the watch and must not be obstructed or covered to avoid skin contact. In some cases, tattoos can interfere with the heart rate sensor. If you have problems, try placing the watch where there are no tattoos.
Viewing more information and history:
- Tilt your wrist or tap the top physical button to wake up the watch screen.
- Then tap the top physical button again to open the list of apps.
- Scroll down and tap “SpO2”.
Note: If you don’t see any SpO2 data, make sure the wristband is a little tight, but make sure it’s comfortable.
