Samsung SmartThings app is becoming more and more equipped. On Android, it already allows you to control smart home devices from your phone but has only recently acquired the ability to find your devices too Samsung lost through a special and new function, also recently present in the version for Windows 10 available in the Microsoft Store.

The launch of the Samsung app in the Microsoft store was discovered by the specialized Italian site Lumia updates. According to the description and the screenshots, the app for Windows replicates the main features of the Android version, making good use of the greater space available on the PC, as regards the interface.
The different tabs are arranged horizontally in the sidebar while individual controls have a lot of space in the main section, thus dedicating a very large section to displaying all your toggle smart home.
The tab intended for Samsung’s new app feature is named Find. In this section you can find your SmartTags, your earphones, as well as your smartphone or tablet produced by the company, obviously only after registering your devices with the SmartThings Find service.
Although SmartThings Find is already available for all Samsung users from October 2020, the availability of the app also on Windows 10 makes the service much more useful for those who may have only one device to eventually find. Having smart home controls on your laptop or desktop also makes it easier to manage them without having to log into your smartphone.
