Xiaomi chose the SoC Helio H85 for the Redmi Note 8 2021
Confirmation of the processor model selected for this Redmi smartphone has been made through the social network Twitter. Then, the manufacturer announced that it will use this MediaTek SoC to power its new smartphone to reach the market.
Likewise, he said that the Redmi Note 8 2021 will have a quadruple main camera, led by the primary sensor of 48 MP. To this is added the total revelation of the design of the smartphone that will maintain, in large part, the appearance of the original model.
The rest of the cameras must use macro, ultra-wide-angle (ultrawide) lenses and, finally, an auxiliary camera for depth of field. The resolution of the sensors that will equip these cameras is not known at the moment.
It is important to emphasize that several details and technical characteristics of the product are not known, but its key aspects are already in the public domain. However, we lack information regarding the price, battery capacity, and memory of the phone.

So far the likely scenario is that this Redmi Note 8 2021 is an improved edition with the Helio G85 processor from MediaTek and a fast battery charging at 22.5 W. The other features may be the same as the original model, from 2019.
