The new HTC One is equipped with a new sensor UltraPixel which makes the camera extremely sensitive to light, managing to capture the 300% more compared to other sensors making the brighter shots in low light. Now we know this very well, but as well as other Android smartphones the top-range HTC does not have a shortcut key for the camera, not for long, thanks to a mod that comes straight from XDA-Developers .
This small mod is called Volume2Camera
and, as the name suggests, allows you to use the two dedicated volume buttons on the side to be able to quickly take photographs.
This useful little modification you can install it on almost any ROM One
, both stock and custom. The only differences are dependent on the base of the ROM, in fact for Android 4.1.2
the configuration options instead of the keys would be unique in Android 4.2.2
you can choose different settings for the volume keys.
Here are the configurations:
To return to the initial settings the developer provides a file that will bring everything to the factory settings.
