AOKP (Android Open Kang Project) is the most popular custom ROM due to the large number of configuration options that optimize almost every aspect of the interface of your Android device, and it has already arrived for the Google Nexus tablet 10, but unofficially recognized the efforts of XDA Developers forum member task650.
The following guide shows you how to install the Tablet Nexus AOKP 10. Before installing keep mind, the tablet must have an unlocked bootloader, and also must have been installed ClockworkMod recovery .
You should make a backup of your device data, such as SMS, internet settings, files, contacts and music, etc., because the following procedure may erase the data .

Google Apps package

Step 1: Roll the ZIP files on your Nexus 4.

Step 2:  Turn off the device.

Step 3: Reboot the device into recovery mode by holding down the volume, the volume and the power button to get into bootloader mode, from there select the repair option to enter into recovery mode.

Step 4: In recovery mode, create a Nandroid backup of the current ROM, this is important, because if something does not work, what do you expect from this CD, you can easily go back to the current state.  To create a backup, select “Backup and Restore “, then select” Backup “again.

Step 5: Perform a wipe, select “Wipe data / Factory Reset”, and confirmed on the next screen.

Step 6: Returns to the main menu by selecting “Go Back”.

Step 7: Select “Install Zip from SD card”, then “Choose zip from SD card” and find the file you downloaded ROM, you threw in the previous step and confirm.

Step 8: Repeat the previous step and install Google Apps.

Step 9: After installation is complete, click “Go Back” then select “Reboot System Now” to restart the phone.

That’s all, AOKP installed on your Nexus 10 tablet, optimize it according to your personal choice.
