OnePlus 3 / 3T
OnePlus still plans to upgrade the OnePlus 5 / 5T to Android 10, but not the OnePlus 3 / 3T. Fortunately, they are now available three custom ROMs based on Android 10 for the OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T.

Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 / Mi Pad 4 Plus
So far Xiaomi has not said if its Mi Pad 4 tablet last year will update to Android 10.
