ASUS has unveiled in Taiwan in the past the PadFone Mini 4.3 , a proposal PadFone entry level with a 4.3-inch display and a dock with 7-inch display.
So we will have available a compact smartphone (but underpowered) that can be inserted into a station that will turn everything into a compact and lightweight tablet. With a single device, then, we will have a smartphone than a tablet. Too bad that the potential is very little and that the lack of a dock or a physical keyboard, which I think is very convenient especially for the tablet. The price, however, is content and this is definitely a positive and in favor of this PadFone Mini 4.3.
Among the technical features of the smartphone there is a display, as mentioned, by 4.3 inches with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels, a 400 Snapdragon MSM8226 SoC (1.4 GHz quad core CPU and Adreno 305 GPU), 1 GB of RAM , 16 GB of internal memory expandable via MicroSD and a 1,500 mAh battery , the dock instead is equipped with a 7-inch display with resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and a battery of 2,200 mAh
The operating system is Android 4.3 Jelly Bean , with the usual read and customizations ASUS.
Price and Availability
The ASUS Padfone Mini 4.3 will be marketed initially in China, Russia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia at a price of about 405 dollars.
